After the success of my first order, I was eager to make another record. This time, a Christmas record! I uploaded my files through the email link they sent (as warned, it was a little slow, but everything went through); went with the most basic options and left my fate with Freestyle. This time the record was finished rather quickly. Also, the included Media Mail shipped my item over the weekend. However the thing I am most impressed is the SOUND of the record. The best word I can describe it is "even". Source files of different qualities came together rather cohesive and no audible surface noise during the quiet parts. This record is meant to be PLAYED!
My boyfriend was absolutely thrilled with the vinyl I had pressed. A super cool, unique thing to do for a loved one. The sound quality isn’t fantastic, but it was what I expected with a lathe cut vinyl. Overall pleased with the sound. 4 stars only because the user portal was a complete nightmare. It was very slow and crashed out on me frequently. Hopefully it’s fixed now! Turnaround was quick, and customer service was responsive when I was having trouble with the portal.
