I ordered this as a gift for my boyfriend, and it turned out to be an incredible present. He absolutely loved it! The sound quality is great, the cover turned out exactly as I designed it, and the customer service from Freestyle Vinyl was amazing. They were always quick to respond and answered all of my questions.
I was also really impressed with the delivery time. The order arrived in Spain from Chicago in just 3 weeks, meaning that the entire process, from placing the order to production and shipping, took only 3 weeks.

I ordered a custom vinyl without providing mp3. The vinyl arrived to Germany/Berlin exactly in 3 weeks. The vinyl is exactly how I designed the back and front jackets and has a great sound. Just keep in mind that for German customs there is an additional customs fee of 36eur as of 2026. I would highly recommend it🌟

I ordered a custom vinyl as a Valetine present to my boyfriend 2 years ago. He still talks about it to this day. The gift was a combination of unique thoughtfulness that took us back to the days of making a mixed tapes for each other and exchanging them between classes in the hallway. I also made collages for the front and back cover which only enhanced the one-of-a-kind significance. I am going to order 1 customized vinyl for everyone I love.

The record is perfect! Sound quality is great, easy to input the tracks even without owning every song, and the custom jacket paired with the clear red record is tops. It’s gonna make the perfect gift.

Would have liked to see a proof prior to production. Many typos in the song titles printed on the cover as well the additional note I purchased. Also, not made aware that the cover photo was not full bleed. Could have corrected all of these errors had you provided a proof or brought it to our attention.

The vinyl is exactly as described and this whole concept is genuinely so cool. Freestyle definitely made my vinyl obsessed best friend happy because its also a little sentimental curating songs that you believe remind you of them, so it makes it feel extra special. The communication is OUT OF THIS WORLD amazing! I honestly was low-key spam emailing them about songs I wanted to change or a new back jacket I needed reedited last minute post order because i'm so indecisive, and they responded timely and graciously. They let me know of any problems like if either side was too long in time, and instead of just removing a song altogether, they asked if there was a different one that could better fit the time frame of the record. I HIGHLY recommend and will order again for another special someone.

Absolutely amazing! It was easy to upload songs and the resolution on the customer photos for the album cover was fantastic. They even emailed to make sure that everything was to my liking before printing. Very fast shipping and excellent customer service.

First off, David is a savior! He assisted me in altering my order in a last minute adjustment on my end, after submitting my order, to ensure this gift was perfect. I can’t thank you enough for the help there.
Secondly, the product is HIGH quality! The imaging for the custom cover was spectacular, and the white vinyl was beautiful. Now they do put a disclaimer down for the audio being a bit different than your standard pressed vinyl, but I found the listening quality to be pretty decent!
Lastly, I would recommend this product to anyone!

Ordered the custom 12" vinyl (no mp3 required) about 3 weeks before it was needed, and it arrived to my door with a few days to spare. I am very pleased with the product. The online customization form allows for 5 tracks on each side, but they were able to give me 6 tracks on each side no problem. Overall the sound quality is just as good as I would've hoped for, and the record plays perfectly on my vintage record player!
Everything that I uploaded was created exactly as I sent it! All the colors of each photo & design I chose were crisp & bright!
What a creative gift idea! It was such a hit and the prefect way to gift our employer on his 70th birthday! It was a blast to gather songs from the team and Freestyle did the rest of the work.
