Album cover came out nice. I thought they were going to look for the songs and upload them. Their website wasn’t easy to navigate. Maybe because I googled first then clicked and it gave me a total different ordering site than from the site I ordered from. Same company different set up. Had I had the option to select upload my own files by receiving a link I would have done that. But I guess a blank album would half suffice for the project I’m doing.

I customed made a record for my friends birthday and added songs we made. She loved it but I give it 4 stars because i thought yall were gonna put the track listing on the jacket or on the record but there was none so dissapointed in that.

I was very surprised that I was able to just get the random song titles I added.
Each song was good quality, and maybe most important, consistent with all the other songs on the record.
The only thing I will say is that there was no communication after the order was send, and the order confirmation email was received.
Not until the record was shipped.
This wouldn't have been a problem, actually it would be desirable if I wasn't heavily trained by other services to have lots of updates or near live data about my order.
lead time was expressly stated when I was creating the order and was not a problem at all.
it just worried me that I didn't see any change in my order for about 2.5 weeks.
Otherwise I am blown away by this service an will use it again!
I was excited to get the album for my son's music. When it arrived there was no art on the cover and it was blank white. I had uploaded a photo for the cover. The other issue was it appears that the album would continue to spin but not move to the beginning of the fist song unless I lifted the needle and physically moved it to the start of music.
Hi Rick - thanks for your review. It does look like you ordered a blank white jacket, so you received the correct jacket. And also as noted on our site, a custom record may require that you hand-place the tone arm!

We’re big record people, so when it came time to pick our guest book for our wedding, we decided to do a record sleeve to go along with records we plan to have done after our wedding of the most memorable songs from the night! I designed everything in Canva, and when I had questions, Freestyle Vinyl was right there to help me out!
