Absolutely amazing! It was easy to upload songs and the resolution on the customer photos for the album cover was fantastic. They even emailed to make sure that everything was to my liking before printing. Very fast shipping and excellent customer service.

Secondly, the product is HIGH quality! The imaging for the custom cover was spectacular, and the white vinyl was beautiful. Now they do put a disclaimer down for the audio being a bit different than your standard pressed vinyl, but I found the listening quality to be pretty decent!
Lastly, I would recommend this product to anyone!

Ordered the custom 12" vinyl (no mp3 required) about 3 weeks before it was needed, and it arrived to my door with a few days to spare. I am very pleased with the product. The online customization form allows for 5 tracks on each side, but they were able to give me 6 tracks on each side no problem. Overall the sound quality is just as good as I would've hoped for, and the record plays perfectly on my vintage record player!
Everything that I uploaded was created exactly as I sent it! All the colors of each photo & design I chose were crisp & bright!
What a creative gift idea! It was such a hit and the prefect way to gift our employer on his 70th birthday! It was a blast to gather songs from the team and Freestyle did the rest of the work. They were quick to respond to questions and handled a quick turn request with zero issue. Customer service top nothing and the item was absolutely perfect!

The vinyl, pictures, and cover were amazing. I'm only dropping this to a 4 star because while the music quality was good, the volume was very quiet, even when the player was turned all the way up. I don't know if there is a way to fix that.
My experience with Freestyle has to do with a 30 year old project that eventually culminated into pressing songs from my band in high school to vinyl. After I got everything that I needed together - songs cleaned up, album jacket artwork created, and vinyl label - I sent it all to Freestyle to have it created. The process was simple and straightforward. The finished product looked absolutely perfect. I chose white vinyl - looks beautiful. My turntable has lights under a clear platter. The white vinyl is translucent. I had awesome communication with Freestyle. I couldn't be happier.
I bought this vinyl as a birthday gift for a friend. I couldn't wait for it to arrive and when it did, it exceeded my expectations. I didn't initially open it because I wanted my friend to do the honors and when he did everything looked exactly how I envisioned it. The clear vinyl was a dope touch and I received it right on his birthday. I'll have to update once he tells me about the sound quality but otherwise Freestyle vinyl did their thing. Thank you!! The album art came out fuzzy because I did not upload a high-quality enough image. A little disappointed but that is on me.

Ordered a custom vinyl for my first anniversary (4 years ago) and she loved it. Made a recent order recently because as a graduation gift for grad school. She loved it again. The first order took a month to get and the second order came in less than 2 weeks. Glad that you guys are always upgrading your service and included Side A and B tracks on the Vinyl itself.
