product is perfect, plays perfect, packaged very securely, process of uploading very user friendly, my only negative was the USPS service that was used had the package in their possession for one full week before they processed it and moved it forward, and i had paid for the front of line service. I would suggest Freestyle use alternative courier service.

For me it was amazingly easy to get it done. Just entered the titles of the song, uploaded 2 pictures and boom! Most special present with super low effort.
Just keep in mind that it takes a while (approximately 4 weeks with fast shipping) when you are not in the US (I am in Germany).
Ordered my custom album in transparent red and it's fantastic. The only issue I have with it was one song was live and I prefer studio songs. Next time I'll request no live cuts. I'm very happy with your work, the quality of the album and how fast you got it out to me. 100% satisfied

I absolutely LOVE my custom vinyl from Freestyle Vinyl. I ordered the vinyl as a birthday gift for my sister and it was the highlight of her weekend. The process to create the vinyl was very user friendly and the support was prompt. I paid extra to skip the line as it was a last minute decision to do a vinyl as a gift. Ordered the vinyl on a Friday afternoon and it arrived the following Saturday. Will definitely use them again for custom vinyl needs. Amazing work!

My vinyl is exactly as expected, and alone would be 5 stars. However I selected faster production and shipping, the deadlines weren’t met, and the communication with customer service was not helpful in resolving any issues.

The whole process was very easy. I paid for expedited service and my record showed up, literally, three days after I placed the order.

One of my favorite albums came single sleeve which it thought was pretty terrible, so I had the custom gatefold done for it. Here they are side by side. As you can see the print comes out a little darker than what’s submitted so see if you can play with your levels before submitting. Otherwise quite happy.
