Product was great but the service wasn’t

My vinyl is exactly as expected, and alone would be 5 stars. However I selected faster production and shipping, the deadlines weren’t met, and the communication with customer service was not helpful in resolving any issues.

Hi Abby - we're so happy you're enjoying your record! As we noted via email, your order period overlapped the July 4th holiday and our team did not work on that day. So your 'front of the line' was shipped in 4 total days, but still 3 business days. I'm sorry you were disappointed with that!
